pic of 71bb timing tab?
I got my new holley, dist, wires, plugs ect. installed and got it running, sounds great! I went to go through the timing sticky on here and got stuck right from the get go. Its seems that my eyes are about shot! I cant read/see the the dang numbers at all. I can see the teeth, the lines and part of the word "before" but i can just maybe tell that there are numbers there but no way I can make them out. If I had a pic that was for sure the same as mine I would be saved! I tried google but found a few different tabs with different numbers and no reference what they were off of. Thanks!

Alan? Anybody? how about this? Can anybody confirm this pic as correct to use for reference to check my timing? Are these the same numbers in the same places as mine? I'm not sure because I saw some pics with numbers that went up 2 or 4 degrees higher than this one? or maybe lower? Different I know that.

Hi 454,
I looked through my pictures yesterday when I read your post. But all I could find was sb tabs.
I believe the bb tab was spot welded to the timing cover. Paragon sells a loose original to weld to your cover and also the one in your picture which I believe is the service replacement.
Sorry for the delay!
Regards,
Alan
