That's good news. Are both, the upper and lower holes only in the
new valve or are there holes like that in the original, only smaller?

Have you been able to test drive the car with the new valve?
Hope this has brought the results that you were looking for.

Riggs, the original valve has the same holes but only the hole circled in red is bigger on the new one. The upper hole is the same size of the original.
No test drive yet, but i've tried to turn left and right at idle, and seems to be harder.

Mr hd,
Thanks for that info, I am trying to get hoses for mine to get it running
and I will use this info to fine tune it. I would like to hear how your test
drive goes. Your car has got to be a blast to drive, I bet there are a lot
of people checking it out, probably not many C3's in Italy.

Well Riggs, hope this will help people with this kind of trouble. Anyway you'll be surprised to know how many vette we've in italy ( all the pruduction I mean '53-2010 !) and most of that people are members here
BTW 80% of owners has c3, c4 and c5.
Of course I'll let you know my test drive, that I suppose to do on Monza racetrack.
