Default Zl-1

I have a question ........let's say a "documented" 1969 Zl-1 corvette appeared on market soon...what would it be worth? 10,000 to 20,000 miles never been repainted, a survivor.

Hi Clyde,
I'll guess $500,000.
Boy.... it would take some SERIOUS documentation to convince people with or without the money to buy it.

Alan

If one of the two documented ZL-1s, I guess it would easily exceed 1 million $.

If a 3rd "documented" 1969 Zl-1 appeared there gonna be a whole bunch of flags waving.

That's an expensive paperweight.

I am suggesting a third car, if you consider the white one of Otis/Kevin real. I would have thought a survivor would be worth a lot more since Roger's car in Florida is a frame off resto.

Are we having a theoretical discussion here or do you feel like you've found something?

It would have to be good enough to make these guys happy: http://www.ncrs.org/

Hmmm, Joined the forum and this is the only posts. Maybe he is on to something. Documentation with that few of miles and a survivor. +$1,000,000. Would need original drivetrain, original pad stamp with broach marks, build sheet and the original window sticker with original purchase paperwork.
A guy that lives 20 miles from me has a 1967 L88. Bought it new, raced it for 2 years, blew it up. parked it and bought a new 1969 L88 to race. The 67 is sitting in the garage under an old army tent that is being used as a tarp. Been there since 1969. All original, all dragstrip miles. Motor dropped a valve but still in the car. Won't sell it, won't confirm its existance to anybody. Don't want the NCRS snooping around. 1 of 20. Going to waste

Don't you just hate that, car is rotting away while someone could be enjoying it.

There is '71? Challenger sitting under a tarp in the driveway on my street. Think it's only a 318ci but the owner won't let anyone near it, been there a long long time, the driveway has four potholes under the cars weight, one under each wheel. What's wrong with these people

Unrestored with original paint with everything it came with from the factory intact, and in half decent shape, it would be worth more than a restored one
