I have found them to have the best service and the best parts. The parts I have ordered has always fit well and looked like the original. It's who I call first.

I've got a catalogue, what's it worth to ya? May put it on E-bay......all kidding aside, I've ordered from them and UPS delivered it to the wrong house. I only found this out because I was following my order on the UPS tracking system. Anyhow, one call to ZIP and they located the driver, found out which house he delivered it to. The driver went to that house, picked up my stuff and brought it to me. Very  in my book. They've got my business for now. :) Gotta go check my porch for more stuff... :D

I really enjoyed my experiences with them. I didn't enjoy giving them money, but they came through on-time, and the product was as described.

Really good service - highly recommendable!

Had them deliver to my hotel when visiting the US - very narrow time frame and high risk for me (if it didn't arrive while I was there ... too bad) - worked perfectly, they even had the shipping labels marked "hold for guest Chris..., staying from xxx to yyy". And it even worked with stuff that was shipped from their supplier direct!

I had emailed them before to make sure this would work and gotten very fast and competent replies.

Tried the same with Eckler's - still waiting for a reply (not really anymore... ;-) )

Am glad to hear all the positive comments!

I spoke with Zip on the phone today. They still had me request and said they would ship the catalog as soon as they got it from the printer. Said they ran out of old catalogs so couldn't send that and the printer has been putting them off. Hope to be dealing with them soon. I know I can use them on line but I'm a catalog guy I like to brose the pages and see what else I need/want and just can't seem to do that on line. Thanks for all the great replies.

Lefty--e-mail me an address--I gotta extra one(old one) and I'll send it along :) In my book Zip's is #1! Used them alot--only one small problem--I called them, we discussed the problem, and they sent a call ticket the next day for UPS to pickup--in the meantime they sent me my new wheel--and that ain't no BS
