I have a 72 vert that has about a 1/4 " gap between the top of window and weatherstripping when in the fully closed position. both window cranks are fully operational (not stripped), I am hesitant to apply any more pressure on cranks when closing window in fear of breaking cranks or another part. Thanks in advance on all recommendations
Hi f66,
It sounds like perhaps the top 'stop' in each of the two window tracks in each door may need a bit of adjustment.
The interior door trim panels need to come off to get at the screws to adjust.
Regards,
Alan
