1980 speedo question
Hi,
I'm new to the forum and I hope this question is in the correct section.
What should a 1980 Vette speedo go up to? 85mph? 100, more?
I'm more familiar with the C2's. My buddy's friend just picked up an '80 Vette, and he says the speedo goes up to 140mph. If this is wrong, what year corvette would that speedo have come out of ?

The scale on the stock '80 speedo stops at 85 mph. If your friend has an '80 with a 140 mph speedometer, then he has an aftermarket speedo.
