Well, I replaced my valve cover gaskets and low and behold my AC/Heat/vent, whatever will only blow out the feet area
Anybody have a quick idea as where I should look first to see what i hooked back up incorrectly-Car info is 82 all original
Thanks
Check the A/C Vent Heat vacuum source. On earlier models a small black plastic tube that goes in below the hood alarm switch, pass. side of dist. into wiper valley.
There are typically several vac. connections at the intake source. A hose can be split at the connection. Even if all are connected good the A/C Vent Heat black plastic tube vac. line from engine is typically fragile from heat so it may be cracked- replacing most of engine side w/ hose will fix.

If thats all thats not working I agree with the previous email.
If other things are not working such as your headlights or cruise control you probably did not connect the hose right that goes to the intake on the driver side. There is an orfice there and a vaccum line comes from it and splits off to various places. Check it.
The hose or hoses do not have to be completely disconnected for things not to work. So look carfully to make sure thy are all plugged in tight.
