Cool story. One day, I'd like to try to track down teh original owner of my 79. I know of a similar story of a guy who bought a 67 435 horse convertible new, sold it, and now owns it again and in fact has an NCRS Top Flight with it. He used to race it when it was new and ran high 11's with it.
