Default Space between wheel and e-brake cable

I just bought a set of Foose 15 x 8 Nitrous RT wheels with a 4" bs for my 81' Vette. I test fitted the wheels on Saturday and they clear the calipers fine. I was suprised to see how close the back lip of the wheel comes to the emergency brake cable bracket. When I put the stock aluminum alloy wheel and tire back on I noticed that it too is very close to that bracket. My question is for those of you that are running any type of aftermarket 15" wheels with a 4" bs how close do your wheels ride to that bracket? Is it necessary to relocate it? Just curious, but does a -11.79 offset equal a 4" backspace?

If you think it's going to be a problem, remove the parking brake cable guide and have it welded to the inside of the trainling arm.

Those of you that do have this size of wheel, did you leave your bracket in its original spot or did you move it just to be sure you had enough room?

You shouldn't have to move it to the inside, but it would not hurt to move it slightly forward to give it just a bit more clearence.
