Locking In Header Studs
I am installing header studs in my aluminum GM "fast burn" heads. Was looking for advice in the "search" option, and getting a lot of conflicting info. Ultra Copper RTV on the threads going into the aluminum heads made sense to me, as it is rated around 650 degrees, and should prevent any stud from backing out. Is this the wrong approach? Any info is appreciated!
