There will be no intercooler per say. it is going to be a blow through carb set up with methanol injection when its up in boost. methanol is a chemical intercooler when it evaporates.

Yeah I have ran water injection on my turbo Busa using meth. Just use it for safety and not additional boost and you will be fine. My kit was an Aquamist. Eventually I went air to air intercooler, secondary injectors bigger turbo etc...it a disease I tell ya...

This is gonna be a low boost set up, less then 20 psi. after all at 20 psi on a well put together 500 cube bbc is well over 1700 hp, lol!

That turbo looks like it belongs on a locomotive diesel. That might take quite a while to spin up.

If possible I'd like to Talk You into letting a Computor do the thinking as in a FI system. I'm a little concerned about Heat from the Headers leading forward to around the Radiator. Sure dose look like a fun project Car thow. We Turbo Guys might out numbered but not to be out done as Your Car demonstrates completly!

we are still doing the fabbing part, all of the hot side is going to be ceramic coated and the cross over piping and exhaust piping is gonna get wrapped. Blow through carbs are a proven effective means of big power. Guys go into the 6's all the time with em. My goals are only 7.50's at 185 mph in 3200lbs vette with IRS. LOL

I only will have .400 seconds to spool up the turbo for a pro-tree. Thats why they made two steps and anti lag.
