solid rear axle
has anyone ever done a solid rear axle conversion on a c3? i am really interested in doing this to a 1969. plan on using a ford 9" or gm 14 bolt if its at all possible. I just want to know what it takes to do it. thanks

thats good to know. i was wondering if there was only a kit to drop in the axle. I am taking to mine to Rods and Minis, a shop in Austin, for one of his custom 3/4 links. The owner does some of the most fantastic work. if you are interested in seeing some pics of his work let me know. he does mostly trucks though. his own truck is hittin tens in the 1/4.
