New best time 10.08 followed by a 10.13 and 10.18. 10.08 was a trans brake. It turned the tire a little bit. The other two were foot braked. Best 60' was a 1.40.
Hey Vinny, that's alot faster than last year! What are you doing different? I think I read somewhere you changed shocks and springs. I am hopefully heading to the track Thursday night to test out the new diff. I put some more gear in and went to a spool for safety, my limited slip is very limited now!

Damn good job.....I figured you had some teens in it but....10.00s....thats awesome...You need to find another tenth somewhere.....
The air was great. Altitude was - 2022 feet!! My friend has a killer carb I'm going to try this weekend. If the air is good It might get me into the very high 9"s. The 10.08 had a bad 1.44 60' the 10.13 had a 1.40 60' but it started to break up at the last few 100 feet. It would have been in the 10.00 range.

I switched glides. I now have 1.82 first gear and loosened the converter about 600 more rpms. Its about 5000 now. I put 12 inch coil overs on it with 110lb springs. I called autofab and got two new shock mounts and welded them on the rear. I made new top shock mounts and welded them on the inside of the frame rail. I need to play with the shock settings now. I have front and rears on three clicks. I need to get this thing into the 1.37 60' range.
More gear should help you out. If you dont spray it, more stall in the converter will help big time. Good luck thursday.
