Default Engine miss?

The car seems to have a developed a miss in the low to mid RPM range. Seems to running strong all the way through 1st gear but really notice a bog and miss when I floor it in 4th gear from about 2000 to 3500 RPM. Where should I start looking?

Engine Specs:
350
Proform HEI
Edelbrock Performer RPM intake
Trick Flow G2 Twisted Wedge Aluminum Heads
Lunati VooDoo 60103 Cam
575 Speed Demon
Headers with true dual exhaust.

Thanks

Was it OK before, what did you change ?

Off the top of my head a bandaid solution for a stumble like that is a larger squirter in the primary

I had removed the 1/2" gasket from under the carb and added a holley heat shield instead. I was trying to get more underhood clearance. I was having a problem with the fuel boiling so I put the 1/2" gasket back and removed the heat shield. It hasn't ran right since the fuel boiling problem. It was running fine before I removed the 1/2" gasket.

I did add a #69 to the primary and a #75 to the seconday after putting the cam and heads on. It was at a 65 and 72 before that and it was running lean. It seemed to be running fine with the new jet sizes but do you think that I went to big or not big enough? The plugs look ok. The front plugs (1 and 2) seem to be running richer than the back, which seem to be running on the lean side.

I changed the heads and cam about 1500 miles ago in 2008. It seemed to run fine until a messed with the carburator heat shield or the jetting. Not sure if it's a fuel or ignition problem. Maybe I went to big with the seconday jetting.
