auto to 4 speed

Thanks in advance for any help. I am installing a 4 speed into my 74 was an auto. The 4 speed has a scatter shield was wondering if the stock corvette clutch fork and pivot ball will work or will it require something different...Thanks

It more depends on what clutch and pressure plate you are using. Use the correct TO bearing for the pressure plate and the stock pieces should work.

Thanks for the info Gordonm that will help..As to how much well a buddy gave me the transmission and i have spent about 800 dollars on all the other parts so far and i dont think i have everything that im going to need yet...
