z bar assembly
I`ve got a new z bar and the related parts. My old one is missing parts and is sloppy. How do I put these things in? where does the felt go? The felt seems really big.

It looks like from the diagram I am looking at.. the 2 white plastic seats go on each of the ball that is on the frame bracket side and the wire clip snaps in the groove just inside the tube and holds it all in, then the felt. The ball on the engine side looks like it just has a rubber seal and a felt.. all my parts and pieces are laying here on my workbench and the diagram I got from Willcox. Thats how I have it all layed out to go together but i have not tried it yet.

I just completely rebuilt mine a few weeks ago.
That image doesn't show it, but there is also a 23093 seat inside the bar on the engine side. Don't forget to grease it after you put it back in.
Make sure the seal on your engine stud is good too. Replace it if in doubt.
