Default CA Smog Laws
What year is the last year for smog exemption? I thought it was '74? or'75?
I'm looking at a truck right now and would like to know just in case I want to do future mods. :)

It's '73 with a rolling 30 year exemption starting in '04.
In '04 '74's become exempt
'05='75
'06='76
etc, etc.

73.
It's a little easier to get by w/ 74 because of no cats, but you still have to keep all emissions equipment up.
