Changing power window switch?
You can get at the switches with either a 1/4" box or open end wrench or a 5/16" wrench, don't remember which.
Make sure the connector goes back on tight.
I like to open up the original switches and just clean the contacts rather than replace with repros. Very basic design.

One extra tip, dont overtighten the screws that hold the switches in position, they can be overtightened easily as they are a screw but have a hex head so over torque is easy, if you do overtighten them they will cause a bump in the centre console plastic that is both visible and ugly from the top, ask me how I know!!!!! Grrrrrr.

alsoI remove the front screw and only loosen the rear screw (the switch has a slot so it can slide). I also leave the connector on the switch and use it and the wiring to manipulate and hold the switch in place.
