I have a 3 port wiper motor with a white sticker on it that reads:

496043
60 96 R

Can someone translate and tell me what year motor this is?

Thanks

Hi N,
I'm sorry I can't help with the wiper-motor numbers you're seeing.
The sticker for a 69 wiper-motor likely has part #5044731 on the first line, with a julian date (3 digits), and another digit for the year, on the second line. So the second line looks something like 123 9. I believe the original stickers were a very chrome-like silver foil with black printing.
Perhaps yours is a service replacement or maybe a rebuilt motor?
Regards,
Alan

I know it isn't original. My original motor is on the way to be fixed at Wiper Works. It has the number "5044731" with the numbers 036 9 A2 below. The motor I asked about runs and I'm just using it until mine gets fixed. I'm gonna sell it when I get mine back cause this corvette business is getting expensive.

Thanks alot for all your help Alan. I really appreciate your responses!
