OK, All you BM and Muscle Car Motorheads. Since all the recent topics on the BM cars. I thought it appropriate to take a pic of the old place to let everyone know what the building looks like and what's going on there now. Kinda like a Corvette Historic Site. Or it should be!! The layout of the place is basically the same as it was during it's heyday. I would also take a pic of Baldwin Chevy, the dealer where the cars originated from, then went to BM for the Phase III conversion, however it's no longer there. There is a CVS drug store in it's place. The dealership has been gone for years now. Well, here is the pic. Sorry, it's a little large. Enjoy.......L8TER, Paul.
Ridiculous!! I had the camera set on the wrong setting and I don't know how to shrink it down. Definatly not the sharpest tool in the computer drawer :D
Great picture, and right up the street in Bell more is Advance Auto Body, the guy who owns it is the same guy who now owns 'Ko motion' the late Charlie Snyders drag racing corvette. Nice bit of great corvette history.
Killain, Didn't know that about Advance. I'll cruise by there and try to get a pic of the old vette and post it.
bamavette....The BM shop pic should mean something to you!!
Thanks for posting the picture. It has been changed a little but still looks like the same building.
The original Motion garage opened in 1959 in Brooklyn on the corner of Atlantic and Albany. Then moved to Sunrise.
I just got my KO Motion Ertl 67 Corvette drag car. Cool looking die cast.
