Default Fuel Pump

My 71 350 has a fuel return vapor line along with the regular fuel line from the tank. I plan to use a Holley fuel pump and have discovered it has no place to attach the vapor line. What do I do with the vapor line.

If your Holley pump has no return port you are downgrading the car. The return line helps prevent vapour lock, very important with E10 fuel.

Why are you replacing the OEM pump?

i assume you are using a manual holley, and not electric, in which case the answer would be to plug the return line and probably put a clamp on it. i just installed an electic pump that came with a regulator, and the regulator had a diagram that included the return, maybe you could use a regulator?

That is actually very good question....I have put a new engine in the car...but but now I am thinking I will go with a new OEM pump so as to retain the vapor return line. Don't want any problems with vapor lock.
