Default HEI rev limiter

I would like to put a rev limiter on my HEI ignition. The types I see are the MSD soft touch with a rpm pill and a inside the cap unit with a dial in rpm setting. What are the pros and cons and dependability of these units. I do not want to install a new ignition system.

Suggest the inside-cap, under-rotor version.
No re-wiring at all.
By default, you get the upgraded hotter module.
For all intents & purposes, it's tamper-proof.

I've used the msd in my 78.
15 minutes to install, screws strait in
I set it @5500 rpm for around town although my cam dont max till 6300
one day I'll wind it up for the 1/4 mile
