driver door will not open

driver door will not open
my door will not open from the outside. i have taken the door panel off and see a spring under the handle loose and a linkage that may need to be adjusted. problem is i cant figure out how to get to it. any suggestions or a link? thanks.

Hey hope this helps. there is a little tool you need. It looks like and (basically is) a bent flat head screwdriver. It makes the job MUCH easier. Here's a pretty good work up on how to use it, and repair your door. Good luck.
