Lighting Issue
As of yesterday morning, my center cluster lights and rear tail lights do not work on my '78.
My brakes and blinkers work fine in the rear.
Where should I start looking for the issue?
A quick glance at the fuses showed everything to be okay.

I don't know about your '78, but back in the day, Chevy had the dash lights and rear tail lights on the same fuse so you knew you didn't have tail lights when you didn't have dash lights. Sometime fuses look good but are bad, other causes could be a bad ground in the circuit or a short or broken wire in the circuit.
