Plastic Speedometer gears
Does anyone have a copy of the various speedo gears and the axle ratios that they pertain to? I am considering a differntial gear swap for my 72 but the only people who seem to know what speedometer gear to use, are those with old Chevy parts manuals. If anyone has this GM chart, I would appreciate it if you would scan it and e-mail it to me. One of the guys on the NCRS board thought that 73 AIM's have the chart, although he wasn't sure that the 73 was the same.

You know - I saw this chart just last night in one of the vette catalogs I was looking at. I looked at 3 - Zip Products, Corvette Central, and Corvette America.

In the quest to get my speedometer correct, I have 18,19,20 tooth manual gears. About $10 each from GM and still available. Since I swapped to the Tremec (which happens to need a 17.5 tooth gear to be totally accurate :crazy: ), I have to the others sitting in a baggy in the garage. So, just let me know if you need one.
