I have a '78 that's just about stripped bare.
Keeping the doors, rear glass and trim. Rear bumper is off the car now.
IF I was going to save the birdcage where should I cut it out?
or should I just cut out the windshield frame and t-top area?
Fiberglass is still on the car.
Is it worth saving for somebody to reuse?
Any interest in it?
Comments please.

From: Who says "Nothing is impossible" ? I've been doing nothing for years.
Yup that's a keeper no doubt about it, you could sand off the surface rust and get a pretty penny for little work.
As for how to remove, some guys that have done it will hopefully chime in, mine was done once before I bought it and it ain't never going to get done by me again

I have no clue what its worth. I know "its only worth what somebody is willing to pay", but is that $50 or $500?.......
Let the buyer strip it for the bird cage. I noticed the steering wheel was bent. Was the car in a wreck? And did that shove the cowl in? If it did they will probably pass on the bird cage. I am surprised nobody has hit you up for the doors or the sport mirrors.
