Trans-Go normally has a pretty good instruction sheet in their kits. Last one I did had both diagrams of the valve body and case showing where the check ***** fit, and a diagram of the spacer plate showing what holes need to be drilled or plugged.
When you start changing the springs in the valve body, I'd recommend doing one at a time, go slowly, and cover the valve as you remove it with a rag- sometimes the valves will pop out and could go flying across the shop. Not enough force to hurt, but it's a PITA trying to find the parts, and then trying to figure out exactly which direction the sleeve/piston goes back in.

Ya, I changed the springs one by one. I am down to installing the check ***** in the transmission and valve body. A little confused on the plate and gasket that goes on it. I have to figure it out... I will get it done sooner or later lol
Use some vaseline to hold the checkballs in place. One of the gaskets for the spacer plate will have "VB" cut into it, usually toward the rear (pointy end). or maybe one will have "CS", I've seen both.
