Hi,
Since no one with a 72 spoke up I'll try to explain using my 71.
REMEMBER the 72 has the TCS solenoid mounted on the right side of the intake manifold just to the rear of the choke coil; NOT where the 71solenoid is mounted.
The 2 hoses from the pcv valve(large) and the charcoal canister (small) go to the same nipples as shown on my 71. The hose from the distributor goes to the SIDE nipple on your 72 solenoid and a hose comes off the FRONT nipple of the 72 solenoid and runs to a nipple on the carburetor below the choke take-off.
That's it! Just 4 hoses.
Regards,
Alan

Hi Alan,
Nice pitures!
I'm a little confused though, I thought the source for the vacuum advance/TCS is the vacuum source that runs thru the tube that goes thru the choke pulloff linkage?
*EDIT* Sorry - after posting I read your post (should have done that first!), and I see you explain the difference. Sorry about that!
