Default pilot bearing install
What is the orientation of the pilot bearing? In other words what side faces the crank. Here is the picture of the beveled face.



here is a picture of the opposite side

The beveled edge goes towards the tranny so it makes it easier to slide the shaft of the tranny into the bearing.
