Good choice Noel, nice to see something different for change. :) I got my wheels this week as well, still need to find right rubbers though... Keep us posted on your suspension install too! :yesnod:
Totally choice rims!! :smash: :smash:
I looked at those and the TT2's but mine still look good and I have too much invested in the Vette already to justify $1500.00 in new rolling stock every year.
Stingy74, two reasons: 1. It rains a lot down here in south Florida, and 2. The KDWs were on sale. A pretty good sale; they were $185 each vs. in the high $200s for the KDs. Hey, it gives me something to look forward to improving even more. :)
You know I never thought of that. I can attest to the KD's being pretty useless in the rain but they are the ultimate dry street tire. Enjoy your new wheel and tires!
Noel, Flare, all you guys, you got such nice taste and all that good work....
now if we could just get you guys to do more OF it, everything would be DONE by now...
LESS TALK AND MORE WORK DAMMIT!!!!.... :mad :mad :D :D
Unfortunately I'm going out of town this weekend. I'll get to it; I'll get to it!!!
Here's the digital mock-up I did to see if they would look good before buying 'em. The only thing I did a little wrong was underestimate how deep the dishes would be. Imagine another inch or two of depth in this image. Where's that drool icon?
