Does this gasket really come with two dipstick holes?

Yes, the same gasket is used regardless of which side the dipstick is on.

Also, AutoZone carries them for about $8 cheaper than Summit.

Purchased mine from Jegs, and was asked left or right hand dip stick. the gasket came without both... but.. I didn't get the snap-ups.. bummer. sure was a pain to hold up there and align things. :mad

You're right, that gasket absolutely will not stay in place on its own, or with only the two hands God gave us - mine kept slipping into the pan...

Had an idea though that worked out pretty well...used small plastic tie-wraps (two or three on each side) through the bolt holes in the pan and gasket, put bolts through the free holes up into the block, then cut and removed the tie-wraps one at a time and chased each with a bolt. :D Mine was a NAPA gasket and came with nothing...
