Default 75 lbs weight reduction in front

New Hella lights(xenon) with aluminium buckets, aluminum front support(old vaccum canister), only have to install plexi-covers over headlights.
Thats 75 lbs weight-loss!, along with a new wilwood brake master cylinder and a fidanza alu-flywheel i can really feel a big diffrence in performance!.
Engine is a 427 cui small-block and the car also have vbp-dual mount suspension and rack/pinion steering that will cut some more weight.Everything not neccesary is removed,heaterbox..... its a long list
Wild guess i think i have removed over 450lbs out of car.
Will do a wilwood brake conversion next winter and a lighter hood then i think i´m finished. Thanks !to a couple of guys on forum(Panic,Bee-Yay)made me take the decission to cut up my car

I've always liked your car and I saved alot of photos from your album. Thanks for that.

450lbs weight loss is amazing! Need more list of what you did to remove that much weight!

If you were crazy about more weight loss, an LS aluminum block motor will get you maybe another 80-100lbs weight loss.

I should have said, "not that you need an new engine as your is very well sorted out!!"

You ever go to the Romsdalen area? My family is originally from that area of Norway and emigrated in ~1850s to Minnesota for the large flat farmland.

Good job. Have you weighed the car yet? Why keep the air tank if your not running pop up headlights?
Panic would be proud. Keep up the good work. 427 small block? My heart be still.

I weight the car 2 years ago, but im not sure how much i have loose since then!.It weights 1410kg at that time and i think im down at 1330kg now.In my swedish car register papers my-74 has a total weight of 1580kg.
I wanted the strenght and because its made of alu i use the same tube diameter as stock, it´s featherweight anyway(1/5 weight of stock) and no one gonna think about itCar show last weekend.
