The wheels do look great. Is there a negative side to spacers on the C3? Did you have to upgrade the brakes? Man! They look great! I want to replace my 15x8 rally's and this is the direction that I want to go.
darn. I've been searching for months for a C3 with C6 Z06 rims and yours fit the bill but are black and hard for me to picture what they'd look like in chrome. Although i love yours i told myself i wouldn't do another black out car after what i did to my last car, C4.
Are the wheel adapters so you can fit that large a rim on without hitting anything? Or are they just so your bolt holes line up?

Do you have offset trailing arms?
I do have offset trailing arms and VBP Performance Plus Suspension. You need the wheel adapters to correct the backspacing.
If you do the same size wheels I did but in chrome, and you use offset trailing arms, you will need 2.5" wheel adapters. Here are links where I bought everything. 4 wheels, center caps with corvette emblems, lug nuts, Nitto tires, mounted and balanced. Cost was just under $1300 with shipping. About another $200 for wheel adapters and lug nuts. Chrome wheels are a little more.
I was going to go with all black wheels until they came out with the black with red band style. I really like the look, plus you can paint it any color you want or just paint it black if you decide you don't want the band. I had chrome wheels and they kept getting light rust on them that I had to polish away. I thought these wheels would give my vette a different look from everybody elses. I have been away for work and I have not seen it yet in person. BTW, my brother says they look better in person , he took all the measurements and installed them. He said he took it out for a ride, cut the wheel side to side, hit bumps and they cleared everything no problem. I'll decide when I see it if I want to lower it more. I don't want to cut it too close. He said the back was slightly higher than the front right now, but it squats pretty good when you nail the throttle (about 500 hp/ 500 tq). I'll have to mess around with adjusting the suspension. Anybody have VBP Performance Plus suspension, if so how do you have it set up? The brake calipers are VBP ss o-ring stock style. The wheel adapters bolt to the hubs and just are an extension of the hub. They are made of high quality materials; 6061 T6 billet aluminum, CNC machined, pressed-in grade 8 studs. The wheels just bolt to them instead and the adapters stay bolted to the hub.
My previous pictures my brother took with his camera phone. My wife just sent me some pictures that she took with a Nikon at different angles, so I thought I'd share them. I lightened the first pic so you could see underneath, it was a little dark.
