You first remove the door panels, disconnect wiring and pull from door, drive pin from lower hinge( leaving hinge in place is best for alignment when replacing) then remove four bolts attaching door to upper hinge. Its best to have the door supported by a jack or something as it is quite heavy.
:smash:
1. Have windows in the down position. Disconnect neg. batt. cable. Take door panels off.
2. If you have power windows/locks, you must disconnect them at door.
3. Unplug the power lock connector. They are brittle so take care.
4. Then disconnect the remote mirror cable. Use an allen key. Get the panel out opf the way.
5. Then remove plug that supplies power to the window motor. Lower part of the door, you will see a cover, remove it and unplug window motor. Use care not to damage the connector, also brittle.
6. Back wire harness out of door.
7. There are two hinges, upper/lower. Remove the lower hinge bolts, door side first. Leaving the jamb bolts untouched.
8. Upper hinges has a small metal plate over it. Remove the two screws holding it on to expose the upper hinge bolts.
9. Have a helper ready! Remove the upper hinge bolts, leaving door jamb bolts untouched. Guide door out of the hinges. Repeat for the other side.
If you have any other questions, let me know. Remember, linning them up when re-installing. you will need a helper also to help you adjust them. Good Luck, L8TER, Paul.
