Made a mistake
Sorry guys I made a mistake in my RWHP, no on called me on it but the HP I had in my sig was uncorrected. I don't like BS more that anyone on the planet so please accept my appology for mistake. I was going thru the files an noticed the uncorrect and SAE number corrected numbers ans while not a huge loss the number are 465 RWHP.
But I will still make 500RWHP before the summer is over

I am kinda glad you asked that question. When I designed the motor I figured a streetable big inch small block was about 650HP at the crank on a engine dyno.
So I set out to build a very easy to drive small block that anyone can drive anywhere. Just don't step on the gas too much because it is animal that comes alive when you do so and you would should work your way up to this HP level to understand what you are dealing with or you will be wrapping it around something. I picked parts that would get me there or near there.
So if your grandmother knew how to drive a 4 speed she could get in a drive around no problems. I have succeeded in that department, anyone can go to the grocery store with it no problems, it is just like an ordirnary car to drive. Just don't "see what this baby will do" unless you have some prior experience with high HP cars.
So any way I got rid of the baffles I had in it to quiet it down and put in Magnaflow 300 cell Metal Matrix cats and seat of the pants I can tell you it isi making more HP now.
I have a set of SS 1 7/8" header that I still haven't installed and then it is back to the dyno. The first time the HP rolled over at 6500 RPM and the cam is supposeded to make peak power at 7000 RPM so I am expecting to see 500RWHP just by taking out those stupid baffles and installing the bigger headers.
MY buddy who owns a racing machine shop has no on real close to him so he told me I could run open headers. It would however surprise me if I didn't hit 500RWHP with just the header swap
How big of header did you have on it before? some bigger motors respond well to a larger primary tube. You may give up a bit of tq though in the process.
