Default Trick Flow or Brodix?

For a 400hp 355 w/ a Lunati 60103 should I get the Trick Flow 195 Super 23s or the Brodix IK 180s? Car will be street driven only. Engine will be shifted under 6000rpm.

Default be st heads

I dont have the answer for you but it is a great question. I also wonder which heads would work best with a mild street cam and might want low end torque for say stop light to stop light or 1/8 mile performance. Hopefully some of the more experienced engine guts will respond.

If you are going to use a mild cam with a mild lift, you are not that interested in high lift flow. Try to find the flow numbers on these heads and use the ones that flow best in the lift range you will use.

Brodix IK180's on a 355 is what I would run.
