Look really clearly at your fuse block under the dash there, those things have a nasty habit of rusting, and affecting the wiring to the spring loaded fuse holders....then there is the ignition switch itself....
you can pull the inside fuse block off with just 3 bolts, one to the bulkhead connector...either 5/16 or 3/8 nut driver....and then the 2 5/16 bolt heads on the inside.... that should enable enough room to investigate any burnt/bad/rust wiring
Thats the window relay. Check the 12 pink for 12 volts.
You have a lot of things not working.
Tell use more of whats working , headlights work ,taillights ? parking lights ? radio ? turn signals ? Horn ? etc.
Not referring to the little glass fuses. I'm talking about a wire that is designed to burn in 2 to protect a circuit like a glass fuse. Your 76 has around 6 fusible links. Here is a thread where some fusible link chatter went on. Great reading. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c3-t...ad-merged.html
I don't have one of the ones I'm referring to on your 76 at the bulkhead connector.
I can show you some other fusible links on other years of cars if you would like to see them.

The links in this pic are the orange and the larger black wire on the left in the pic. The large cylinder black plastic thingys are just connectors. The actual links are the wire.
This shows an orange fusible link, its the loop.
This is a link at the starter. Its the brown wire between the round black plastic connectors. This is from Duke94s car.
