I bought the World Products aluminum block and had trouble with the cam bearings they installed and the deck surface. Had to have a machine shop shave the deck and re-install cam bearings.
Check out the condition of the bearings... looks like the guy use 80 grit.

Sorry to hear about the problems Bee Jay. I just pulled the distributor on mine to inspect the gear last weekend. It is a billet cam and a Crane hardened and melonized gear on the distributor. Looked perfect with almost 2 years use on it. I run a high volume oil pump but with stock pressure. I don't like high pressure, it's where the problems come from.
