I'm replacing my clutch and I used locktite on the bellhsg part of the adj pivot stud. I would like to take the whole thing out but there is no allen style hole for a wrench. It has two slits opposite each other like when you use two screwdrivers aginst each other and turn. But it wont budge and the slits are kind of shallow.
Anyone know a trick to turning things with two slits?
I put lock tight on my adj ball stud I removed it by taking a rubber hose and folding it around the ball part of the stud and grabing it with a vise grips the hose keeps you from messing up the ball
I removed the part that goes in the bellhousing using a hardened washer and a adjustable wrench put the washer in the slits and turn the wrench
