Have you verified the ground?
The tan and lt blue wires will only have power on them based on the position of the lever in the car..
Also, pull the two screws out of the resistor and test continuity between the terminals to the dark blue terminal... If you have power going in you should have power coming out so test the resistor and make sure it's good too.

I see no metal in housing for motor, only plastic. Motor works out of car but not in car. Advanced let me exchange the motor. May try again tomorrow after work with new motor. I am lost. W ill also re check fuses

Brand new relay and fuse. The others were fine. replaced any way. who knows but the shadow. Maybe a chewed wire somewhere I am lost
