Default Big Block head codes ?

My brother has some big block cylinder heads but doesn't know what they are exactly.
We're pretty sure they're from a BB Corvette but can't any find info from the code numbers.
here's what we can see:
GM
2T
Hi-Perf
E17 72
D17 72

And here's what we're not sure of because it's hard to to tell if some of the numbers are 8's or 9's

here's what I think they are .. 3994028

but could be 3884028 , or 3994029

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks,

I think you may have the 3994026 heads, they are a hi performance rectangular ports and closed combustion chambers.

I would look for an open chamber head, you will bet better performance from those. Are you looking for Rec port or oval port?

Thanks for your reply
I haven't seen the heads in person yet, so only going by what my brother said the numbers look like,8 or 9 ?? or 6?
But during my web search seeing pictures of heads and the way the numbers look, I think you're right, the heads are most likely 3994026.
Thanks again for your help
PS: I just did a search for 3994026 heads and heres what I found:
3994026 1971 454 Open 118cc LS6

My brother is only trying to find out what the heads are since he already has a nice running beefed up 350 in his Vette.
It's a Customized 68 with a 74 nose and 70 rear clip
What happened is he knows a guy with a 69 427 Vette and hard as it may seem to believe ..
the guy threw some BB heads and BB headers in the dump
My brother pulled them out of the pile and just trying to figure what they are and what they might be worth.
On another note, the BB headers are the type where the pipes extend down and curve to the sides to hook up with Side Pipes.
Don't know if they're rare, but seem to be hard to find anywhere.
Thanks again for your help

I have a set of original LS7 rect port open chamber heads. The cast number is 6272990 stamped on the heads.

They are for sale....
