Wrong #%&#% Trans parts
After losing my first order (waiting 2 weeks for them) calling again to reorder the parts they send me the wrong input shaft. i ordered a 26 spline and a 10 spline came in. I know I said it correctly because I still have the sheet of paper I was reading to him. 72 Wide ratio Muncie with 26 splines. The other thing that does not please me is I ordered a new bearing for the input shaft. First off it is Japanese second it has half as many rollers as the original one. This to me is a cheap butt bearing. It will go back with the shaft. Called to get it straighten out and noone in at the time. Not giving the name yet because I want to give them a chance to make it right. Now I am 3 weeks behind on this and looking at another week. Little disapointed right now.

Just got off the phone with them. He said it was their fault and would send one out as soon as possible. Will send a call tag for the incorrect one also. The bearing is supposed to be of a different design and is stronger. It has 8 rollers instead of 12. They have had some problems wit hthe 12 design and he uses this 8 roller in all of their transmissions. I'll give it a try. It still puts me behind time wise. :(
