Chuck,I see you did not receive any help with your wiper problem. I have a 79 and I have the same problem,wipers started working and could not turn them off.Had to disconnect the wiper plug.I have not messed with mine yet,may have lost a ground.I did have a spare wiper motor and plugged it in but same problem,this is all I have persued at this time.I have to get them working correctly for the Labor Day Corvette Museum bash.If I find happiness with mine I will contact you with my find.But you might want to contact Wilcox Corvette he is a supporting member to Forum and he is good on this subject.
