Paging Lars

Lars,
This is John. I was wondering if you received my e-mails about the carb swap today? I am having trouble with my e-mail service sending out my messages. :crazy: :crazy: :crazy: I hope I didn't flood your inbox with messages. If you go them great. If not then lets use my yahoo e-mail account to communicate (or we could do it the old fashion way and call each other). Anyway let me know if you did or didn't receive my e-mails messages.
