Default wiring c3

can anyone tell me how hard it is to put in dash wiring harness, and engine compartment, is there any short cuts, any help will be thankfull, were is the best place to buy the wiring thank you pete

not that hard if you have all the stock components. Mine was full of aftermarket parts so a stock harness would only help with a percetage of what i would need to wire up.

It's a tedious job, unless you really love wires

LectricLimited or the vendors on the forum who sell LL. The assembly instruction manual (AIM) will be helpful before and during the project.

I'm looking at doing this next year. How much needs to be taken off to do this? I'm wanting to replace ALL wires, not just dash. Do the brake lights require body off?

No the body doesn't need to be off to change any of the electrical harnesses.

I did replaced both the engine and dash harnesses, with the engine out and all the interior parts removed, it was a very easy job. I imagine you can replace the engine harness fairly easy with the engine still in the car, but I can't see how you can do it with dash parts installed.
