Rear spring bolt replacement?

2 ways to do it....
1.With weight ON the rear wheels, put a C-clamp toward the end of the spring as a 'stop'. Place a jack outward of the jack and jack the end of the spring up till it's off the rubber. A lift helps.
2.With the suspension hanging, clamp the spring like above and jack. You may not even need to jack up the spring. I think it was with my gymkhana spring that it relaxed enough to clear the rubber. I actually had to pull down on the spring end to get the long bolts out because of the angle. Did it like this while the Vettes were in storage on jack stands.
Just an FYI....Dralle Chevy in Peotone MAY have a few sets of oem rubber bushings. I ordered a box(10)about a year ago. Finally cancelled the order after 9 months. They still called me a couple months later to tell me they finally came in.
Here's an example of using a jack. The chassis needed to be weighted to allow the jack to overcome the spring's tension. With the body on you won't need to do that!

2) Another good idea for the front suspension.. ever try to install those pesky links on the front! Use channel locks and a large c clamp and they are on in seconds.
3) and 4) Rear Sway bar bracket installation tool Made from a section of 3/4" water pipe with two old spring kit washers welded to the end! Since the bolt has to be installed before the rear sway bar bracket using this tool will allow you to use the bolt to compress the upper cushion which then allows you to insert the sway bar lower plate in place with out hassle.
5) Ever try to install the end link bushings on a sway bar that is in the car! Impossible unless you pull them in. This is a simple spacer, bolt and a few washers... Put an impact behind that bolt and the bushings will pull in in seconds..
