Okay Im about to install my Borgeson steering box (which fits on a 69 small block car with hooker supercomp side pipes btw) and I realized I had no idea what lines go to the steering cylinder. How does it all go together? is the assist now in the box?

I assume you bought the box and the hoses. If so, the connexion between the steering pump and the borgeson steering box are idiotproof (when I say that, I think about me). The thread size are different, you just can't connect them the wrong way.
Thanks for input guys, Ive had this old vette since i was 17 (25 now) and im only now getting around to getting it back into shape, good to know I can count on this forum for good info. And on the upside after returning the parts I should have some spare cash to put towards more parts
