Default seat BACK, not seat bottom

I first started the project of redoing my seats with new foam and covers about 9 months ago. I finished one yesterday and another today. Previously, when I tore it all apart I noticed I had the slightly bent/cracked bottoms so I fixed them and rewelded.

Today I noticed the seat I finished yesterday has a twist effect on the seat back. I didn't notice it until I took it out to looked at it again, but sure enough the actual back is twisted. When it's laying reclined all the way back the seams on the back don't line up with the seams on the bottom cushion. Looks like what happened is over time, upon entering the vehicle, the seat back has become a little warped. I have no idea how I didn't see this before I got the new foam and cover on. Is there anyway to twist this back into shape without taking it all apart? I didn't notice it being warped when it was a naked frame. I might just have to live with the croakedness.

Good point, I forgot about that. It's a 1978.

It has those large chrome angle brackets for the hinge. Doesn't look like they're bent in a fashion to cause the leaning of the seat problem I have. I'm probably just going to live with it since I'm not taking the back cover off again.
