Re: luggage rack (laktrash)
I tried searching the archives for this topic because I seem to remember a recent thread about someone using chrome "buttons" to plug the holes. I couldn't find any threads and, unfortunately, I can't remember the source of the "buttons". Anyway, you're back TTT. Hopefully, someone else will remember.

Last year at Eckler's reunion there was a guy who had removed his rack and pushed in some painted button type inserts that really looked nice. I think you may find something like that at "surplus" shop. There is one place like that around here that has all sorts of neat stuff that you can't find elsewhere.

Hi
Go to a Harley motorcycle shop.
They have chrome plug type screws in different sizes.
I used some on my byke to cover similar holes as the rack would leave.
This chrome plugs are very flush and should look good.
This is what I would do for sure.
Good luck.
