Hurst Competition plus installed in 69 (Help)
I installed a hurst competition plus shifter while motor was out. Now that motor is back in the shifter hits boot frame when shifting to 2nd and 4th. Can I adjust this? Is this common problem? Did I do something wrong?

This should help you set your Comp + to the short throw position.
It may also be a matter of simply centering the shifter in neutral.
